How Quguo handles a smartphone specification, a small-appliance destination, the limit of this website, and the scope written down before software development.

• What a smartphone enquiry should include

  Send the brand, model, storage, colour, regional version, quantity and destination. Quguo quotes that specification. The website does not list stock, and a photograph is not an offer of that handset.

• What to specify for a small appliance and its destination

  Name the appliance or a reference model, the quantity, and the destination. Add voltage, plug type and any certification you need checked. Quguo does not treat a website photo as that product, and does not confirm a certification unless the quotation says so.

• Why this website is not a product catalogue

  quguo.hk is not a catalogue and not a shop. Photographs illustrate smartphones, small appliances and consumer electronics as categories. A model, a quantity and a destination are confirmed only for the enquiry that names them.

• What is agreed before a Quguo software project starts

  Describe one workflow, who does it today, which systems already exist, and the timing. Quguo writes the scope, milestones and acceptance examples before development starts. Work after handover is not included unless the scope says so.
