The minimum specification is the brand and model, then storage, colour and regional version. Regional version matters because a handset built for one market may not match the bands, packaging or warranty expected in another.
Accessories belong in the same enquiry only when you name them. Chargers, cables, cases and audio accessories are not assumed.
Quantity and destination
Quantity and destination decide whether that specification can be reviewed. Add a preferred delivery date if you have one. Packaging and condition, including whether you need sealed retail units, should be stated rather than left implied.
What the quotation confirms
